  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
  • You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start.
  • Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
  • The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
  • This tour does not include the Generalife or the Alcazaba.
  • Our tours are not bilingual. They are always conducted entirely in the selected language.
  • This tour is available only in Spanish and English.
  • The Palace of Charles V may be closed on certain days for organizational reasons of the Patronato de la Alhambra or for events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. In this case, the client has the option of visiting it at no additional cost at the end of the daytime visit.
  • The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be provided with an audioguide and reimbursed for the difference.

The time for entering the Nasrid Palaces will be indicated at the entrance as part of your guided tour itinerary. The hours of operation are: from October 15 to March 31, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and from April 1 to October 14, from 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
