Alhambra on Your Own: Tickets with Audioguide

General Description

The Alhambra in Granada, a monument of such historical and artistic value that it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1984. Explore every corner of this legacy from the Nasrid era with this audioguide tour of the Alhambra, and enjoy its opulent rooms, colorful gardens, and walking paths at your own pace.

With your Alhambra tickets that include an audioguide, you’ll have access to the different areas of the monument: the Nasrid Palaces (if you select the option that includes them), the Alcazaba, the Torre de la Vela, the Generalife Palace and its extensive gardens, the Palace of Charles V, and its entire surroundings.

In addition to your ticket to the Alhambra and Generalife, be sure to book your ticket to the Nasrid Palaces. These palaces are the jewel of the complex, as they are the best-preserved remnants of the heyday of Hispano-Muslim Granada.

General information

  • Before making the payment, please double-check that the information you provided (first name, last name, ID number, language, etc.) is correct, as you will be denied entry to the monument if it is not.
  • It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
  • You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start.
  • When you pick up your audioguide, you’ll need to pay a 50-euro deposit as a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you once you return the device, after we’ve verified that it’s in perfect condition.
  • The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
  • Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
  • The reserved time does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start with the Alcazaba or Generalife.
  • The tour lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the option chosen (with or without palaces).
  • Please note that only ticket types available for the selected date and time are displayed. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during the booking process.
  • On certain occasions, you will only be given the option to book the tour that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to high demand and limited availability for the full tour (including the Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.
  • In case of booking the waiting list option:
    • If you choose this option you will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last minute availability of tickets.
    • Our confirmation rate is 96%.
    • The deadline for confirmation is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
    • If the tickets are not confirmed, the amount paid will be unblocked and you will receive a full refund.
    • You can remove yourself from the waiting list by sending an email to soporte@alandalustours.es, provided you have not yet received confirmation of your tickets.
